I do think the board are likely to be somewhat defensive and distracted at present and they might be more so if the votes are less favorable than they hope - but notwithstanding I intend to vote no for Wotton and yes for Webse and Huljich.
If you can show me evidence that Wotton is adding any value I'll reconsider. But I think that should actually be his job - to show that he is adding value I mean. He has had several years.
What performance metrics does the board have Smarty? Don't you think they should have some?
Or do you think they should have infinite discretion to remunerate and reward themselves on an entirely subjective basis?
