A question for the learned and not the patronizing. If resolutions 13 and 14 are passed and I expect they will, how many shares will there be in BCI? At what price will Australia super be paying for each share? I guess I just don't understand the outcome or the concept of convertible notes. I mean I googled it but the language makes me feel I'm dsylexic. I'm a humble geologist not a financier.
