Good call on the independent auditor, or perhaps even a forensic expert. It struck me that ASX could easily have resolved their open questions through such an appointment. It's almost as though:

a) they're afraid of the answer or
b) they don't want a resolution either way as that could provide ISX a path back to reinstatement.

Instead they choose path c) whereby ISX faces an open statement of reasons, no opportunity to publish their response to said statement of reasons, and a set of directions which provide no path back to reinstatement.

If I was sharing an anecdote about Venezuelan or Brazilian bureaucracy at its finest, you'd be forgiven for thinking I was pulling your leg... But in Aus in 2020? Madness... Total madness...
