Resolutions for Company to seek delisting from ASX and listing on another exchange, page-3

I've already signed the resolution and sent it through sometime back. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the benefit of relisting (into a new exchange) will be greater than the costs. And I'm not referring to the costs such as 'cash outflows', but more from the reputational damage we incurred or will incur in the future if we continue with where we are. I also want to continue to fight the case with ASX no matter where we are listed.
