Seriously the guy is not Macgyver. I think the one thing we can all agree on is JK looks out for number 1. He owns broadly half the shares in ISX. If you can tell me how he can move all the assets of ISX to NSX and get the same shareholding in NSX as he currently has in ISX (~50% so as to not significantly dilute his own wealth) I’m all ears. Let’s not forget every staff member has ISX shares, they’d all have to be taken care of, as would his family who all have ISX shares (while strategically squeezing out all other holders). He’d also have to pull off this party trick while under heavy investigation by ASIC and with the press all over him. Sounds far fetched to me.
