Resolutions for Company to seek delisting from ASX and listing on another exchange, page-4

I respect your passion to drive outcome and resolution but with all due respect I do not believe this is the best outcome for shareholders.

I am 100% in on relisting on another exchange, IF we can guarantee this prior to de listing from the ASX. A dual listing foremost, and then de listing after.

I feel the worst outcome for shareholders is no listing which seems guaranteed for a period of time if we follow the course of actions outlined in the letter.
