    If ISX was to delist to be registered under ASIC as a public unlisted company, is it then possible for ISX to go private?

    I mean, once it was ASX delisted (as this thread proposes) could a vote then be held to gain majority shareholder support to become an ASIC registered Propriety Limited company?
