I respect your views and agree it is going to take 6-12months for any relisting. I just don't see how you feel ISX will do better here under the ASX protection. Also to touch base on your guarantee this prior to delisting from the ASX, well if the resolution goes ahead you can guarantee the delisting will be 12 months away at a minimum if not more because the court case is going to take much longer than any relisting will imo
