Oh so you're suggesting we'd de-list post court case which is minimum 12 months? Why not just wait for the outcome in September then?

ISX have clearly put all of their eggs in the court basket so I think we just need to ride it with them, as painful as it will be.

I understand this ongoing frustration I really do, to the point where I think I'll be taking an extended leave from HC and reading these childish announcements, it's not good for my patience, nor health.

If ISX lose the case and appeal to the High Court, I'll sign your letter.
