I suggest we delist by the next AGM, which is next month. We almost have the numbers we need like 30 more shareholders.
ISX will continue to take ASX to court, that will not change. That process only begins in October this year, with everyone getting called to the stand, request for info, etc etc it going to take 18+ months.....if you think you're better off waiting sure that's fair, what won't happen is the continued revenue growth. Clients are feeling uneasy, new deals are harder to win, the likes of Tier 1 & 2 processing gateways are on the fence and this will only get worse.
