Hi all - long time listener first time poster.
I'm holding about 2m shares and will also vote no on the issue of performance shares, having been burned in the last capital raise. But I will need to move these shares out of my current holder.
Anyone care to offer a view on likelihood of this being voted down? If it's a simple majority it would seem unlikely - no?
