I have voted NO the re-election of WINTON WILLISEE as a Director of NZS,
I have voted NO to all resolutions issuing Performance Rights,
IMO the recent performance of the entire BOD, excluding Aldo, warrants a vote of NO CONFIDENCE.
I strongly recommend that all shareholders exercise their voting rights ASAP to ensure NZS gets back on course with an industry experienced BOD.
Once a new Chairman and BOD is in place, the revisiting of the issue of Performance Rights may be warranted,
