After considering I will vote yes to issuing shares to Aldo as he will be a driving force to the success of NZCS.
All non-executive BOD I will vote no. Willesee showed in the last webinar he has nothing to offer, he couldn’t even explain the capital raising issue. Erlyn Dale hasn’t had the decency to respond to my emails relatrd to current concerns. Jourdan Thompson I have no clue what he offers to the company.
I see all 3 of these non-executive BOD as stepping stones to future board members who will actually have the desire to grow the business. Voting yes and giving them more options to a large portion of shares will hurt the share price in the future and dilute shareholders shares more so.
