I will vote against the issue of the options for the following reasons:
1) we already have way too many shares and options on issue, we are being diluted to oblivion.
2) it is way to early to be rewarding everyone, I would consider it more appropriate in a years time when the current strategy has played out and the SP is significantly higher.
3) we are already very cash poor as a company, so we should be tightening our belts, not going out rewarding a select few.
