Without knowing the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, ... I think it is best left for the court to decide the fair resolution for JH.
IMO, you continue to bat for JH, and obviously you are privy to more info than us other SH's, so are more biased than us.
It is good and well in trying to save money by options not going to Board members, but IMO, leave any expenditure suggestions regarding JH, to the courts.
They will hear the truth from all sides and make a proper judgement, would you not agree ?
