Buddy, you said : "If we want the issue of JH to go away and reunite the shareholders ... we have to start from somewhere ..."

I don't think we want '...the issue to go away ..." (that smacks of 'deals' to make that happen) and I don't think its the role of shareholders to be proposing remedies to/for the party who has brought this action against the company.

What shareholders want is for this issue to be resolved. Now John Heugh has chosen to resolve that thru the courts (he initiated the action against CTP) ... so why don't we let the courts decide a fair outcome rather than shareholders sticking their nose in to recommend 'deals' to placate the parties ...
