I agree - options should only be given as a reward - they are an incentive to drive the SP down before the options are granted, and up before they are exercised. I'd rather have minds focussed on the business.
I'm not sure that a cap raise will be required, but if it is deemed to be a smart move - I imagine options will be granted after and not before, based on past history of other small caps.
I have traded this up and am watching for a bargain re-entry. So not fussed what happens in some ways, and sadly don't get a vote ;-)
