CYAN is buying back 73,947,109 shares form res 6,9,10,and 11 so directors are not getting cheap shares in addition to what they already hold, workforce 1 i assume will have a left over amount of 30,280,037 shares that CYAN is not obtaining why their not I don't know maybe that spread rule coming into play.
on relisting we have a min pre cons of 5cpsh, last traded 2.5cpsh so not bad, all debt paid and we own everything and only 644,419,807 shares on issue post @ a min 50c psh, min $60mil in the bank, a plant with a replace value of well over $100mil and total capacity of 1mtpa, a fully permitted tin mine and potential total tin eqiv over all tenements of around 75,000tsn, 2 operating mine sites if you can call surveyor 1 mine site as it's multiple and then einsleigh region which had a jorc of 20mt @ 1% copper when copper strike sold to kagara, CSD has expanded that and a new jorc will be even bigger than the 200,000t of copper.
please get back on board mate we need the old early as you have not been proven wrong in fact I think you underestimated by a big way, we will ned more than a toot.

We all know what is proposed is not fair, but the majority are going to vote yes to everything for fear of losing everything. They have shareholders over a barrel.
My hope is that the new company CSD can return some value eventually. I am not confident about anyone buying in at 50 cents or more after relisting. IMO they would need some extraordinary good news to be released before that price would be achieved, however eventually the share price might recover if the new company performs where the old CSD failed.
