    I feel that if they can get the management of the retirement villages back in house then this will go up very quickly.

    We have seen stockland offer $1.80 for AVE who was trading only a few months ago at 1.08 nice premium for those who converted their IOR shares to AVE.

    We are an ageing population so these retirement villages will keep climbing in value.

    So i hope we can be back trading soon
