Just assisted some Sudanese Australians with their internet requirements earlier this evening. They are Christians, and have left the country due to the muslim enacted carnage on those who follow Jesus (praise the Lord and pass the buckshot).

The Sudanese government is obviously pro-islamic, and without international intervention, its going to be the foxes among the chickens with Islamic murderers slaying the Christian minority, with inevitable payback somewhere along the line. As soon as the 'international community' turns its back, the guns will come back out.

Its the same story in a lot of countries in Africa. The whole Binladen/Bush/Palestine/Iraq/Israel thing that can be traced back to the crusades, and probably back to biblical times, is flaring up on that continent. I believe Nigeria has similar problems, for one. Not to mention a continent that hasn't recovered from European colonialism, and is staring down the barrel of several pandemics. Hiv now and for the long term, and just wait till Ebola makes a come back.

Genocide in Rwanda has now become religious persecution elsewhere. Where will it all end? Probably when Michael Jackson gets together with Geldof and Bono, and they write a song about it to all make us feel good, and goey inside. Something written by Jackson himself and called along the lines: "Stop the killing, and lets start playing with the children instead." Then we'll forget about it and dismiss blank images on the TV screen of fly-blown African bodies rotting in the sun as being "Africa - that stuff always happens there."
