    at the very least asic will send a letter... however if you do enough investigations for asic ie quoting past announcements which have noted this information etc etc....

    they will send a more detailed letter... and sometimes all they need to know is the big bad regulator is watching for them to shit their pants...

    especially for steinpreis he has alot more at stake then simply rmg...
