Not sure about Extension Hill but for Koolan, slide 15 of the diggers and dealers presentation highlighted incremental life extension to the Koolan mine. Doesn't give much away re quantity/quality and timelines. I'm sure they have mentioned it before as well.
Will be interesting to see how they approach this. I agree that it is a safe option with cash in bank, however, I hope they learn from FMG, as a single commodity stock can always be perceived to carry more risk
