It says the purpose of the deal is because material prices keep rising they need to lock in supply and remove that risk moving forward. Huayou is responsible for supplying all the raw materials including lithium.
Roche Dur = Starters pit = AVZ Huayou BNBT deal. We just need a bit of patience. Rome wasn't build in one day...
