    Bad news - I hear on Radio National this morning that Rudd is thinking of eliminating the national policy of the 3 mines policy at the conference but leaving it up to the states to make their own decisions.

    I hope this turns out to be wrong. Surely there has to be a national policy on this. Disappointing.
