Detrimental,
Federal government will overturn WA If Carpenter doesn't change his tune, as I've said before, its idi0cy to have all but one state follow mining rules.
BHP was granted Uranium mining permits by the WA Government a long way back, and if the 3 mine policy is abolished but not in WA, they'll hold the government liable for compensation.
Anyway, this is nothing to be worked up about.
WA Uranium mining will happen.
