Don't forget when this starts going up, there's not much in the way of sellers. 87% majors, once buying starts it won't take long to lift off.
This stock doesn't have one major downside that other developers would have and that's access to funding, i don't see too much in the way of risk, especially with the most recent raise being $8m @ 15c with a voluntary escrow. Up and up we go IMO..
