Not sure where the HC marketing activities are.. In the broader scheme of things a development company needs to have a presence on social media and the known places where these companies sit (HC, Proactive, etc) but these aren't the places where the capital are coming from. The capital is coming from the LT shareholders that aren't selling.. and they've always been prepared to have a voluntary escrow added.
I've been monitoring the Top 20 movements and i can't see any of the Top 20 majors reducing any of their shares, not management who get paid in shares for that matter.
Looks solid to me, also worth noting the Cap raises aren't discounted or costing the company anything in advisory fees that you see in other companies.
