The latest valuation of Torro Energy (TOE) is 21 cents in December 2009 and you can go to either the Torro Energy web site or to the Resource Capital Research (RCR) site to review the report.
Resource Capital Research say it in their report that Torro Energy should soon trade above 20 cents.
I am expecting a new updated RCR report soon.
Torro Energy (TOE) seems very well funded given the recent SPP
issue.
