The latest valuation of Toro Energy (TOE) is 21 cents in December 2009 and you can go to either the Toro Energy web site or to the Resource Capital Research (RCR) site to review the report.
Resource Capital Research say it in their report that Toro Energy should soon trade above 20 cents.
I am expecting a new updated RCR report soon.
