Cameco saying in 2013 there will be a deficit of 24mlbs because of START agreement which will expire. And for the biggest uranium project with such high grades, I cant believe they will sell it for 4$/lb, because of the recent consolidation. And extract can become 2013 a producer. And see Uramin which was sold for for 22$ by such low grades(150-250ppm). Okay its clear that price was by 130$/mlb even so 4$ ist too cheap and the price can rapidly back by 130$
