While reading a lot of literature here and there about the coming resource upgrade, I tend to be more conservative on all figures mentioned on HC. Firstly, I ran into this announcement from Madison minerals, reporting the effective resource back in 2007.http://www.madisonminerals.com/archives/Madison_June_21_2007.pdf Based on this announcement, they used a US$550/oz gold price and a silver price of US$10 for their estimates, which is not really what IDC stated on their announcement (US$300 and US$5.50). Am I missing something? Then, the "automatic upgrade" on lowering cut-off grade and swapping to the Australian JORC code might not really give a resource of 4-6Moz as stated here and there. Based on the following post, I would be more conservative:http://primed24.wordpress.com/2010/12/22/a-new-cut-off-grade-for-premium-exploration/ Therefore, I'm rather expecting a JORC estimate of 3-4Moz. What's everyone thinking about the coming JORC?? Any thoughts?
