I can not imagine in this "New Green World" IXR will have trouble finding any amount of funds required to get up and producing, thats goes against everything coming from nearly every Government on Earth. The next generation want a " Green Alternative " without secure RareEarths this simply can not happen. IMO IXR will team up with a large European car/ battery/ magnet player at some point between SS and BFS !
As a by-product, Sc2O3 ( Scandium ) has the capacity to offset a significant portion of operating cost at Makuutu. Lets not forget our secret weapon
