The 20% P2O5 is not a problem. Most phosphate deposits require simple screen and wash to bring it up to commercial grade. Should come out at around A$3/ton for beneficiation.
The only issue is strip ratio which AD has not addressed.

It's a case of relativity, so how close to the surface?
A simple cross section, possibly a fence diagram would suffice.
Anyway, nice tonnage, excellent grades and close proximity to the Barkley highway. Only need a favourable strip ratio and Andrew has the complete package.
