The JORC Report Estimates the size and composition of the resource. The math kids can then work on a fair value. The proposition is a little more complicated with SIR as we have Bollinger and Polar Bear Gold to contend with, not just Nova.

So while the maiden JORC on Nova will be a good indication it may only form part of a much larger whole so I imagine there will be a large amount of speculative oppertunity priced into the SP until such time as there is a JORC on Bollinger also.
