I emailed the Co this morning and rec'd this response from Kim Sinclair needless to say there is no set date at this point but RES are trying to make it all happen - ASX makin them jump thru some hoops by the looks ;

We have for some time been working with the ASX to achieve re-classification. Unfortunately, re-classifications of this nature should have occured some time ago prior to the Company progressing as it has.
We have complied with all requirements of the ASX, including some of which have not bee disclosed, attempting to be re-classified.
Due to the confidentiality of matters being discussed with the ASX we cannot elaborate, however we are going to considerable lengths to accomodate the ASX and hopefully should be able to achieve something positive in the near future.
