Don't get carry away by the Chinese export cut. The purpose of Chinese goverment is trying to force foreign users to invest in China, produce and export value added products, and give the knowhow to Chinese for free.
Currently, the share price is played by hedge fund. They have borrow a lot of shares at $1.25, and sold them to force price down a lot.
Until it get closer to production, LYC is the heavn of hedge fund. Sometimes they are long, someimes they are short!
Try to be on the same side of them, not the opposite side!
