what you say is correct seneca . AGS is a little different than other U hopefuls , almost everything is defined for AGS taking the bluesky hope away . heathgate may up production and U may go through the roof , but the mays go in both directions . ive done basic valuation based on now , as inputs for calculations change so will valuations . contrary to timelines i doubt we see production for at least 12 months and going by AGS abilities to meet deadlines thats probaly ambitious . the valuations ive put down do not include gold value so add whatever you think that may be worth , couple cents probably . been around a lot of mining companies and i can tell you not many actually meet production estimates , capex requirement estimates and or margin estimates , you have to allow for these RISKS when doing valuations . im not in for the long haul , just trying to put a fair acheivable price tgt for the relatively short term . by calculating fair value i can also get a price considered good value for entry . ive been into AGS since <20c and have traded it a few times and will continue to do so when the planet aligns . i like the story and am certain this will go the distance but the valuations expoused by some here are more than hopeful . $2.00 might happen but it wont be this year or next . cash flow will be needed to get values around these levels ..... good luck to all holders
