I see The Age is reporting that the CSG sector is expected to be one of the hardest hit by the Australian Government's resource super profit tax.
The paper says that Woodside with its offshore operations will not be affected but Santos and Origin will be most at risk.
But all this whingeing and whining is to be expected - no one likes paying tax.
It's the same when the Superanuation levy came in in the 90s, it was going to be the end of the world, yet history proves we survive and no one gives it a second thought, or at least not until now that the governmetn wants to increase the super levy from 9 to 12 per cent. Once again it's going to be the end of the world as we know it - yawn.
