I don't think there is issue with many Australians on the merit of morphing to 12% super ... imo it is a good thing.

But the Super Tax will only help fund a minority of working Australians to 12% ... public servants. The business sector will fund the majority of working Australians to 12%.

With the Super Tax the govt might fund trickle of infrastructure projects ... what happens to the bulk of the Super Tax funds is anyone's guess ... I heard a rumour that Rudd/Swann have commissioned some consultants to start looking for black holes!
