I know of 1 that fits this profile definatly and thats ARH and AGO.
I hold these 2 for exactly these reasons.
Solid and funded up with awesome deposits/resources.
Read up for yourself esp on ARH ~ not meaning to sound like a ramper but they are totally under the radar!!!
