Ok I see why you used 130G instead...I was using a total resource comparison, but it is important to consider effective interest as you stated.
Your second point...well exploration potential is where the money is made, not existing resources...I would prefer to invest in a company with blue sky potential due to exploration than something with just an inground resource. I mean thats why DRM went from 20c to $1+ isn't it? But thats just me.
You have to ask ...why is DRM valued at around $100M market cap compared to some peers (some of which I hold as well eg ATV which has over 1M oz but has a tiny market cap). Sometimes you can put it down to dodginess, but not in this case. Tehre is a reason, and its all about grade and potential in this case.
Take a look at yesterdays presentation to see 'whats coming'. Given their current track record of delivering you would have to be pretty excited - I know I am.
