Nathan, I was looking at your valuations and do not see any discounting. Rather than an in situ valuation, wouldn't a discounted NPV valuation be more appropriate? Because when I applied your formulae to IBG, their zinc project came back at $29.7billion after capex and opex is taken into account, for a $75m market cap for 5% of their strike. So surely In situ valuations cannot be applied? Thanks in advance.
