IMO
For the bigger gold players high tonnage low grade is the way to go.
For the smaller players, the likes of MCO the focus should be on high grade low tonnage as costs can be easily controlled and fine tuned.
That why i like the MCO story - High Grade low tonnage Focus, you always see/read this from Nick Garling.
Small plant footprint (cost 3mil to build) - lower maintenace costs.
