I'm sure most here would agree that UMC is somewhat different to the run of the mill stock. This is reflected in the fact that the directors are prepared to present shareholders with a little "gift".
We are often warned about falling in love with a stock, but that does not mean some of us do not share the directors "passion" for UMC.
I have done my homework on this stock and can see no reason why $10 would not be achieved inside 2 years.
Call me a ramper? Fine, I can live with that. But first please consider what my SMSF must look like compared to the current National benchmark.
