IRC numbers look huge because they have NO cut off grades. They are including everything.
YRR have used cut-off grades of 0.4% and 0.8%, in their calculations, rather high. PMA used 0.275%.
YRR cut-off grades are almost higher than than PMA grade, imagine if YRR used the same cut off grades as PMA or didn't use one, in the case like IRC.
YRR have drilled another 4.2 km's and to a depth of about 100m, must be at least double to triple of the current 37m tonnes.
