We know they are targetting 90-150M/lbs and they will use a 300ppm cutoff grade.
My current view (subject to change at a moments notice from any announcement by PEN on the matter)
Simplistically (cut-off 100ppm):
3 x (90) 150 = (270M/lbs) 450M/lbs
Potentially (cut-off 200ppm):
2x (90) 150 = (180M/lbs) 300M/lbs
Realistically (cut-off 300ppm):
150M/lbs
Despite my like of/preference for ISR, Karoo is most likely to be conventional mining. It does have sandstone geology and ISR is in the Karoo Basin.
If they somehow manage to transpose the ISR process to Karoo then then picture may start to look very different. They already have all infrastructure in place at Karoo.
So if they are able to do ISR as well with such a large resource and such high grades as already indicated then we are really sitting on something quite special.
Mind boggles NKLEX, it truly does at times. PEN has such a huge upside to it now I can only think the times of sub 10c are nearing an end.
