So management announces an upgrade to the resource while we don't even have access to the site and there's certainly no guarantee we ever will.
My first question is, why not conserve funds until we know we will benefit from that spending? My second question is, won't our adversaries fight even harder for a superior resource? which leads on to my third question, does this management have the necessary business sense to manage this company?
