31046306, this is exactly the point which frustrates me. The way forward is clearly to negotiate with IMN. But the only comment which has been made by management is we can't find them or we don't know who they are. And then they try to give away whatever value we have by handing out free shares and spending money on a resource we hve no control over.
Either there is some other gae being played or management has already tried talking to IMN and thy've been told to go fly a kite.
