My assumption (and it's purely an assumption, IAU would have entered into an arrangement with a testing company to provide results based on the data coming from the boreholes etc. Since the rigs would have provided the samples prior to us being kicked off site, the testing would have commenced and in effect the money is already spent. Once they have the results, it requires disclosure.
Now... as I say it's my assumption, if you really want to know the answer contact the management and ask them the question.
