If you look at pdn on 1/10/06 the price was about $5 -- at that time you might imagine smm accepting an offer from pdn of 1 pdn share for each smm share - valuing smm at $5 per share - however you could never imagine pdn offering that high . Now pdn is selling for $9 - they could make an offer of 1 pdn share for every 1.8 smm - still valuing smm at $5 but costing pdn only about half as much -- the power of a robust share price. Looks possible now.
